What You Need

  • White vinegar
  • Cold water
  • A sponge
  • An old toothbrush
  • Baking soda
  • Dish soap

Instructions

  1. Blot the affected area with a cloth or paper towel to remove as much of the stain as possible.
  2. Mix equal parts white vinegar and cold water in a bowl.
  3. Dip a clean sponge into the mixture and blot the affected area to create suds. Continue until stain is gone.
  4. If the stain persists, dip an old toothbrush into a mixture of baking soda and a small amount of dish soap. Gently scrub the affected area.
  5. Rinse off the baking soda and soap mixture with cold water.
  6. Repeat steps until the stain is gone.
