Preliminary Steps:

Put on gloves.
Vacuum away any loose dirt and debris from surface of your pool liner.
If the stain has already dried, scrape it off with a small brush or putty knife.

Step One: Create a Solution

Mix 1/4 cup of bleach with 1 quart of warm water in a plastic bucket.
Add a few drops of dish soap to the bleach solution.

Step Two: Apply the Solution

Use a scrub brush to apply the bleach solution to the affected area.
Let the solution sit on the stain for 15-20 minutes.
Once time is up, scrub area with a brush until stain is gone.

Step Three: Rinse Area

Once the stain is gone, use a hose to rinse off the pool liner.
Make sure all of the bleach is rinsed away.
