Eliminate Red Wine Stains with Ease from Your Swimming Pool Liner

Nothing is worse than a nasty red wine stain on your beloved swimming pool liner. Don’t let this pesky blemish ruin your pool’s appearance, follow the steps below to remove it quickly and easily.

Preliminary Steps:

  • Put on gloves.
  • Vacuum away any loose dirt and debris from surface of your pool liner.
  • If the stain has already dried, scrape it off with a small brush or putty knife.

Step One: Create a Solution

  • Mix 1/4 cup of bleach with 1 quart of warm water in a plastic bucket.
  • Add a few drops of dish soap to the bleach solution.

Step Two: Apply the Solution

  • Use a scrub brush to apply the bleach solution to the affected area.
  • Let the solution sit on the stain for 15-20 minutes.
  • Once time is up, scrub area with a brush until stain is gone.

Step Three: Rinse Area

  • Once the stain is gone, use a hose to rinse off the pool liner.
  • Make sure all of the bleach is rinsed away.
