What You'll Need

  • White vinegar
  • Soap and water
  • Dry cloth
  • Nail polish remover (optional)

Instructions

  1. Create a mixture of one part white vinegar and one part warm water.
  2. Dip an old washcloth into the mixture and gently blot stained area.
  3. If that doesn't work, make a paste of equal parts soap and water, and gently rub the paste onto stained area.
  4. If that doesn't work either, try a cotton swab and a bit of nail polish remover (non-acetone) on the stain.
  5. Once the stain is removed, dab area with a dry cloth.

It's important to remember that the sooner you treat stain, the better the results. With these five steps, you'll have your wedges looking like new in no time!
