  • A pair of rubber gloves
  • Laundry detergent
  • White vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • Clean cloth or sponge
  • Cold water
  • Pre-treatment laundry stain remover (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Put on the rubber gloves.
  2. Mix one tablespoon of laundry detergent with two cups of cold water.
  3. Soak the stained portion of the shirt in soapy water for about 30 minutes.
  4. Mix one tablespoon of white vinegar with half a cup of cold water.
  5. Remove the shirt from the soapy water and rinse it with the mixture of vinegar and water.
  6. Mix one teaspoon of baking soda with two tablespoons of cold water and gently rub the stained area with the paste.
  7. Rinse the stained garment again with cold water.
  8. If the stain persists, apply a pre-treatment laundry stain remover and leave it to sit for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Rinse shirt once more with cold water.
  10. Allow the garment to air-dry.
