Start by dabbing stain with a cloth or paper towel to remove any excess dirt and petals. Once the area is dry, run it under a hot tap and squirt some detergent onto the affected area. Scrub stain gently with a brush until it starts to fade, then rinse with more hot water. If the stain remains, repeat this process.
Mix equal parts white vinegar and baking soda together in a bowl to form a paste, then apply this to the stain. Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes before wiping it away with a damp cloth. You should see stain start to lift. Rinse area with cold water and repeat if necessary.
For tougher wildflower stains, create a paste by mixing two tablespoons of salt and two tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply mixture to the stain and leave it for up to 30 minutes. After this time has elapsed, rinse the area with cold water and scrub lightly with a brush. This should help lift stain.
Soak a cotton ball in a small amount of rubbing alcohol and dab the stain with it. Keep repeating this until the stain begins to fade, before rinsing with cold water. If the stain persists, try adding a drop or two of liquid laundry detergent to the cotton ball.
