Directions:
- Using a toothbrush, lightly brush away petals and other debris from your shoes.
- Dampen a soft cloth and rub it against a bar of glycerin-based soap. This helps to create a lather without getting your shoes wet.
- Gently rub the neglected area with the cloth until the stain begins to fade.
- Using a blow dryer set to a low setting, dry the cleaned part of the shoe. This helps to harden the fabric and locks in the color.
- Finish by applying suede protector over the entire shoe. This helps repel dirt and other grime that can damage the material.
Additional Tips
- Be sure to use a glycerin-based soap and not one with harsh chemicals that could damage your shoes.
- If wildflower stains still won't come out, try using a suede cleaning brush, available at most shoe stores.
- It's best to have your shoes professionally cleaned if all else fails.
