What You Need to Clean Wildflower Stains

Most of time, all you need to get rid of wildflower stains on your pavers or concrete is a pressure washer and a standard concrete cleaner. If the stains won’t budge even after pressure washing, you may need a more intense cleaner like an oil-degreaser or a chemical stain remover.

How to Use a Pressure Washer for Deep Cleaning

A pressure washer is a powerful tool that blasts away dirt, mildew and other surface residue quickly and easily. To use it properly:

  • Fill the pressure washer tank with water.
  • Attach appropriate cleaning detergent to the pressure washer.
  • Turn on the pressure washer and slowly move wand across the affected surface.
  • Rinse the area with clear water to remove all traces of the detergent.

Using Chemical Solutions on Stubborn Wildflower Stains

For stubborn wildflower stains that don't respond to pressure washing, try using an oil-degreaser or chemical stain remover. You'll need to dilute the solution according to the manufacturer's instructions and apply it to the affected area. Make sure to wear safety gear like gloves and goggles when handling chemical solutions.

Leave the solution on for about 20 minutes before rinsing it off with pressure washer. Be sure to rinse with clean water multiple times to ensure all the residue is gone.
