The first step to removing a wildflower stain is to pre-treat the areas affected. To do this, simply mix one teaspoon of liquid laundry detergent with two cups of cold water. Then, dip a clean cloth into the mixture and gently dab the stained area. Repeat this step until the stain begins to lighten.
Once the stain has been pre-treated, the next step is to let it soak. Fill a bucket or sink with cold water and add a little bit of laundry detergent. Make sure that the detergent is completely dissolved before submerging your jeans into the water. Let them soak for up to an hour, agitating them every once in a while.
After soaking the jeans, take them out of the water and rinse off any remaining detergent. Then, place them into washer and run a regular cycle. Be sure to use cold water and a mild detergent. Once the cycle is finished, hang the jeans up to dry, or put them in the dryer on a low setting.
