As soon as you notice stain on your Keds, try to gently blot up as much of the excess liquid as possible with a paper towel or cloth. The less moisture that remains, the easier it will be to clean up the stain.
Using a clean rag or sponge, apply a small amount of soap to the stain. Gently rub the soap over the stain in a circular motion until the stain has been worked loose. If necessary, add a few drops of water to the affected area to help loosen the stain.
Once you have finished rubbing the soap into the stain, rinse the area with clean, cool water to ensure that all of the soap residue has been removed. Allow Keds to air dry.
If the stain persists after the first set of cleaning steps, repeat the process again. Once you have successfully removed the stain, you can use a damp cloth to dry the fabric and buff the area to return it to its original shine.
