If you ever find yourself with a wildflower-covered purse or handbag, don’t worry—you can easily get it clean in no time at all! Here’s how:
Mix together equal parts of a mild detergent, like dish soap, and warm water to prepare a cleaning solution. Make sure that the detergent is completely dissolved in the water before proceeding to the next step.
Dip a soft cloth into the cleaning solution you prepared earlier. Gently dab the cloth onto the stained area of your bag and let it sit for a few minutes. This will help loosen the stain from fabric and make it easier to remove.
After letting solution sit on affected area for a few minutes, use a fresh cloth to gently blot the surface. Try to avoid rubbing the fabric too hard, as this may cause further damage to material.
Finally, use a cloth dampened with cold water to rinse away the cleaning solution. Allow the bag to air dry and it will soon look good as new!
Cleaning wildflower stains from your handbag or purse is easy when you know the right steps to follow. With a little bit of time and effort, you can quickly restore your favorite bag to its original condition.
