Before doing anything else, use a clean cloth to blot up any excess liquid that could have caused the stain. This helps to prevent stain from spreading.
In a bowl or sink, mix together some mild dish soap or laundry detergent with lukewarm water. Dip your white cloth rag into solution and begin to lightly scrub the stained area.
After scrubbing stained area, rinse the fabric with warm water and repeat the previous steps until the stain is no longer visible.
If the stain persists, try dabbing a bit of lemon juice directly onto it. Be sure to dilute the juice with equal parts water first. The citric acid in the juice helps to break down any remaining residue from the wildflowers.
For any stubborn stains that just won't budge, create a baking soda paste by combining baking soda with a few drops of warm water. Spread paste over the stain, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.
For truly difficult stains, use non-chlorine bleach to help break them down. Make sure to test an inconspicuous area of the fabric before treating the entire stained area.
