Take a clean white cloth and gently dab the stain to remove excess liquid. Be careful not to rub the stain as this could cause it to spread and make it more difficult to remove.
Mix a solution of mild detergent and water and apply it to the stained area with a soft-bristled brush. Allow the detergent solution to soak for five minutes before blotting it off with a dry cloth.
Create a paste using oxygen bleach and water and apply it to the stained area. Allow the paste to sit on the fabric for 30 minutes before removing it with a wet cloth. Rinse out the paste with cold water. This method is safe to use on most cotton fabrics.
Finally, launder the fabric with warm water and a mild detergent. If stain persists, you may need to repeat the above steps before laundering.
