Mix together one part white vinegar with two parts water. Submerge stained area in the mixture for about 30 minutes. This will help to break down the stain and make it easier to remove.
Mix together two tablespoons of baking soda and two teaspoons of detergent. Create a paste and apply it directly to the stain. Use a damp cloth to rub the paste in, then let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Once you've removed as much of the stain as possible, throw the blouse into the washing machine, on a normal cycle. Be sure to check the tags and use the appropriate temperature setting.
Before drying the blouse, take a few moments to inspect the garment. If there are any remaining traces of the stain, repeat Steps 1-3 until it's gone. Once the stain is completely removed, you can safely dry blouse according to garment's care tag.
