The longer a stain is left to sit, the harder it will be to remove, so act quickly! For best results, treat wildflower stain as soon as possible.
If the wildflower stain is fresh, rinse the stained area with cold water to remove most of the dirt and oil that may have been left behind.
Choose a mild detergent or a specialized stain remover and apply directly to the affected area. Rub in gently to help break up the stain and then rinse with cold water.
If the stain is still visible after rinsing and using a stain remover, pretreat the area by adding a small amount of liquid laundry detergent directly to the stain. Allow the detergent to sit for 10-15 minutes before washing.
Wash the item as usual according to the care instructions on the clothing or accessory. Once the item is dry, check to make sure the stain has been completely removed.
