Start by diluting white vinegar with an equal amount of warm water in a bowl. Dip a microfiber cloth or a soft bristle brush into the mixture and lightly scrub the stain. You may have to re-wet the cloth or brush periodically so it remains damp.
If the stain persists after applying white vinegar, dip a cloth in a solution of oxygen bleach and water. Always consult the manufacturer's instructions for proper dilution. Rub the cloth in a circular motion on the stain and leave it on for at least 10 minutes before rinsing fabric with cold water.
Mix a few drops of liquid soap with a small amount of warm water in a bowl or bucket. Submerge the fabric in water and gently scrub the stain with a soft brush or cloth until it's no longer visible. Rinse the fabric with cold water when finished.
Getting white wine stains out of silk tussah fabric is possible. Start by applying white vinegar and then an oxygen bleach solution. If those don't work, give it a final wash with soap and water. With these steps, you should be able to restore your fabric back to its original beauty.
