First things first, take a clean white cloth and blot away any excess liquid from the stained area. Do not press down hard on the fabric when doing this.
In a bowl, mix together one part white vinegar, one part white wine and two parts salt to create your cleaning solution. This mixture is great for tackling white wine stains on silk fabric.
Next, apply the solution to the stained area of the silk fabric, rubbing it in lightly and carefully. Allow the mixture to sit on the stain for 10 minutes.
Once the mixture has been sitting for 10 minutes, rinse the stained area with lukewarm water until all of the cleaning solution has been removed. Then simply hang the fabric up to air dry
