How to Remove Stubborn White Wine Stains from Kitchen Utensils

Materials Needed
- White vinegar
- Baking soda
- Dish soap
- Oxygen-based bleach
- Soft cloths or sponges
Steps
- Combine 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and use mixture to rub on the stained utensil.
- Allow solution to soak in for at least 5 minutes.
- Wash the utensil with warm water and a few drops of dish soap.
- If the stain has not been removed, use oxygen-based bleach instead of the vinegar and baking soda mixture.
- Soak the utensil in oxygen-based bleach mixed with warm water for at least 20 minutes.
- Using a soft cloth or sponge, scrub the stained area until the stain has been removed.
- Rinse the utensil with warm water and let it air dry.
Tips
- Always check the manufacturer’s instructions on the cleaning product you are using before applying it to the utensil.
- When scrubbing the stained area, be sure to do it gently so that you do not damage the material of the utensil.
