Using Soap Solution

Create a solution of a few drops of dishwashing detergent and cold water. Dip a cloth or cotton swab into the detergent and then rub gently on the stain. Keep saturating it with the solution as you work. After the stain is lifted, rinse the area with cold water. If the stain persists after this method, move onto next steps below.

Lemon Juice and Salt

Create a paste with lemon juice and salt and apply to the stain. Let sit for a few minutes and then rub gently with a soft cloth or bristle brush. Rinse with cold water. If the stain still persists, try the method below.

Vinegar and Baking Soda

Mix equal parts vinegar and baking soda to create a paste. Apply to the stain and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Gently scrub the area with a soft cloth or bristle brush. Rinse with warm water and you should see the stain gone! If the stain persists, repeat this step as needed until the stain disappears.

Vinegar Soak

Soak stained area of jeans in a cup of white vinegar for 30 minutes. Gently rub the stain with a bristle brush and rinse with cold water. Repeat as necessary.
