Material List

  • Warm Water
  • Mild Liquid Detergent
  • White Vinegar
  • Baking Soda
  • An Old Toothbrush
  • Hairdryer

Step by Step Stain Removal

  1. If the stain is fresh, carefully lift it away by blotting the area with a clean cloth.
  2. Create a solution of equal parts warm water and mild liquid detergent.
  3. Using an old toothbrush, gently scrub affected area with the solution.
  4. Rinse area with warm water.
  5. Mix two parts white vinegar with one part baking soda to create a paste.
  6. Apply the paste to the stain and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  7. Scrub the area with an old toothbrush.
  8. Rinse the area with warm water.
  9. Blot the area dry.
  10. Using a hair dryer on low heat, dry the area until the stain is completely gone.
