When dealing with any kind of stain on Habutai, it's important to act quickly. Begin by blotting up as much of the wine as possible with paper towels or a clean cloth. Do not rub the stain, as this could spread it further.
Create a paste by combining one part water and two parts baking soda. Use a spoon to mix the paste until it reaches a thick, paste-like consistency.
Using your fingers or a soft brush, gently spread the paste over stain. Allow the paste to remain on the stain for at least 15 minutes.
Rinse the paste off of the Habutai with lukewarm water and a clean cloth. Blot the area with a fresh cloth or paper towel to absorb any remaining moisture.
Finally, wash Habutai as you normally would. Be sure to follow the fabric's care instructions for best results.
Removing white wine stains from Habutai isn't difficult, but it requires quick action. Follow these five simple steps to remove white wine stains and bring back the beauty of your Habutai fabric.
