As an Italian luxury fashion house, Fendi is known for its impeccable craftsmanship in its clothing and accessories. But white wine is no match for these luxurious fabrics. Accidentally spilling a bit of your favorite vintage onto Fendi clothing can be a disaster – but with some helpful steps, you can restore your garment to its former glory.

Step 1: Blotting

The first step in dealing with a white wine stain on Fendi fabrics is to act quickly. Gently blot the fabric with a tissue or paper towel to soak up as much of the wine as possible. Repeat this process until you have absorbed as much of the liquid as possible.

Step 2: Dilution

Once you have blotted away most of the liquid, it is important to dilute what is left behind. Make a solution of cool water and gentle detergent, such as an all-natural cleaner. After creating the solution, apply it directly to the stain and allow it to sit for several minutes. This will help to break down stain and make it easier to remove.

Step 3: Washing

Once solution has had a chance to work its magic, remove the garment from the solution and begin washing. Use a gentle cycle and cold water to ensure that the fabric is not damaged in the process. Additionally, try adding an oxygen-based bleach, such as hydrogen peroxide or color-safe bleach, to help aid in the stain-removal process. After washing, inspect the fabric for any remaining stains and repeat above steps if necessary.
