Get Rid of White Wine Stains on Your Coat for Good
Every experienced party-goer knows how annoying white wine stains can be. Even if you're careful and don't spill, these stains can still show up, and they can be very difficult to remove. Here are some tips to help you clean white wine stains from your coat.

Instructions
- Blot the stain immediately with a damp cloth. Do not rub it in as it will spread the stain.
- Mix equal amounts of white vinegar and warm water and pour it onto stain. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of liquid detergent and two cups of warm water and pour the mixture over the stained area.
- Gently rub the detergent and water mixture into stain with a soft cloth or sponge.
- Rinse the area with warm water.
- Pat dry with a paper towel or cloth.
Additional Tips
- Make sure to check the care label on your coat before attempting any of these steps as some fabrics may require special care.
- If the stain persists, try soaking it in a solution of oxygen bleach and cold water.
- If all else fails, seek professional dry cleaning!
