One of the best ways to treat a white wine stain on a Burberry garment is to use a combination of water and dish soap. Start by wetting the stained area with cold water, then use detergent and your fingers to rub the stain gently. Be sure to use only a mild detergent and aim to use as little as possible, as this will ensure that fabric remains unharmed. You could also run over the affected area with a warm iron as this can help draw out some of the residue.

If the stain is proving to be especially stubborn, you could try using vinegar or rubbing alcohol. Dilute one part of either with three parts of warm water, apply to the stain and let it sit for about five minutes. Then rinse the area with cold water and dab the fabric to dry. The acidity of either vinegar or rubbing alcohol should help to break down stain particles.

Finally, if all else fails, you could try a professional dry cleaner. A professional should have the knowledge and resources to tackle tough wine stains, and they should be able to give you best results.
