Using a clean cloth or paper towel, blot the stain firmly to remove any excess wine. Do not rub the area as this may cause further damage and the stain to set further into the fabric.
Once you have blotted away the excess wine, apply white vinegar directly onto the stain. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Use a soft bristled brush to gently scrub the area, being careful not to cause damage to fabric.
Mix one part Listerine to two parts water and use this mixture to rinse the stained area. Rinse with warm water and blot dry with a cloth or paper towel.
Apply a few drops of dishwashing liquid onto the stain and allow it to sit for about five minutes before laundering. Follow the laundering instructions for your specific type of fabric so as not to cause any further damage.
Never do laundry again. Save time for things you ❤️
