Cleaning White Wine Stains from Boots with Ease
Nobody wants to be confronted with stains on their favourite boots, especially when they come from white wine. But don't fret! You can easily remove white wine stains from your shoes with a few simple steps.

Things You'll Need
- White vinegar
- Soft cloth or cotton ball
- Baking soda
- Mild soap
- Dry cloth
Instructions
- Saturate a cloth or cotton ball with white vinegar and dab stained areas. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes and then rinse area with water.
- Sprinkle baking soda over the stained areas. Rub the baking soda into the boots, using your fingers to work it into the fabric. The stain should begin to lift.
- Once the baking soda is rubbed in, allow it to sit for an hour before rinsing with warm water.
- If the stain still remains, scrub it gently with a mild soap and warm water. Rinse with cool water and dry with a soft cloth.
Tips
- Be sure to test any cleaning method on a small inconspicuous area of the boot first.
- Do not apply heat to stained area.
