The first step is to act fast and to try to absorb as much of the wine as possible. Place a clean cloth over the stain and gently press in order to blot up the liquid. Blotting prevents the stain from spreading while soaking up as much of the wine as possible.

Next, dampen a clean cloth with cold water and gently dab the area. Again, use a light pressure to avoid spreading the stain.

The next step is to create a cleaning paste by combining some dish detergent and warm water. Once you have a thick paste, apply mixture to stained area and allow it to sit for 15 minutes or so. Then, blot the paste away using a dry cloth.

If the stain has not been completely removed, try repeating with a stronger detergent solution – one that contains bleach. Let solution soak into the fabric then rinse with cold water. Finally, blot the area with a damp cloth and hang to dry.

With the proper cleaning techniques, you can remove white wine stains from Armani. Just remember to act quickly and gently, and you can have your garment looking good as new.
