The first step is to blot the stain with a clean cloth. The cloth should absorb the excess liquid, preventing it from spreading and sticking to acrylic.
In a bowl, mix equal parts of white vinegar and water. Dip the clean cloth in vinegar solution, and then use the cloth to pat stained area. The vinegar should help to loosen the stain and make it easier to remove.
After you’ve patted the stained area with vinegar solution, sprinkle some baking soda onto it. Let the baking soda sit on stain for 10-15 minutes, and then use cloth to scrub the area gently.
Once you’ve scrubbed the area with the baking soda, it’s time to use dish soap. Put some dish soap onto the cloth and scrub the stained area again. Rinse the cloth in warm water and use it to wipe away the soap and dirt.
When you’re done scrubbing the stained area, rinse it off with warm water. Use a clean cloth to dry area, and then inspect it to make sure all the stains are gone.
By following these five simple steps, you can easily get rid of white wine stains on acrylic surfaces. Be sure to act quickly when you spot a stain, as the faster you treat it, the easier it will be to remove.
