Step 1: Gather Your Materials
You'll need some basic household materials to get the job done. You'll need white vinegar, laundry detergent, a sponge, paper towels, and a bucket.
Step 2: Soak the Garment
Fill the bucket with warm water and add ½ cup of white vinegar. Soak sports bra in the mixture for at least 15 minutes. The vinegar will help to break down the proteins in the vomit, allowing stain to be more easily removed.
Step 3: Wash Garment
Remove the garment from water and blot away any excess liquid with paper towels. Rinse with warm water and launder as usual with your chosen detergent. If the stain persists, repeat the process until the stain is gone.
