How to Easily Remove Vomit Stains From Silk Tussah

What You'll Need
- Gallon of lukewarm water
- Mild detergent
- Towel
- Sponge or washcloth
Instructions
- Blot up as much of the vomit as possible using a dry towel.
- Mix a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent in a bucket or large bowl.
- Submerge the stained area of the fabric into the solution. Make sure not to rub the stains, but gently agitate solution with your hands.
- Rinse the fabric with clean, lukewarm water until all detergent residue is gone. Squeeze out excess water.
- Lay the fabric out on a dry towel and allow it to air dry.
Tips
- Always check fabric for colorfastness before applying any cleaning solutions.
- Do not use hot water when washing delicate fabrics.
- Do not rub the stains vigorously as this can cause damage to fabric.
