What You'll Need
- White vinegar
- Dish soap
- Water
- Sponge or soft cloth
- Washing machine (optional)
How to Clean the Stain
- Using a sponge, wipe away as much of the vomit as possible.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of dish soap with 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and 1 quart of warm water.
- Using a sponge, dip it into the cleaning solution and gently scrub the vomit stain.
- Rinse the fabric with clean water.
- If the stain remains, repeat steps 2-4 until the stain is gone.
- If the stain is still there, you can try washing the fabric in washing machine. Place fabric in a lingerie bag and choose a gentle cycle, then air dry.

- Always test the cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area of the fabric first to make sure it won't cause discoloration.
