According to The Spruce , to clean vomit stains from satin you should:

  1. Blot up any excess vomit with absorbent paper towels or cloths.
  2. Pre-treat the stain with a laundry pre-treatment product like Shout or Spray 'n Wash.
  3. Place the fabric, stain side down, between two clean white cloths that have been soaked in a mixture of warm water and a mild detergent.
  4. Stamp fabric gently with a rubber hand, working from the center of the stain outward.
  5. Rinse the fabric with cool water.
  6. Launder the item according to the care instructions.

If you do not have access to a laundry pre-treatment product, you can also make a simple solution at home. Simply combine one tablespoon of laundry detergent and two tablespoons of white vinegar with two cups of warm water and apply it onto the stain. Let sit for five minutes, then blot with a clean cloth and rinse with cool water.

If the stain persists, you can repeat these steps until the vomit stain is completely removed. If the fabric is dry clean only, you should take it to a professional cleaner instead of attempting to clean it yourself.
