  • 4 parts baking soda
  • 1 part white vinegar
  • Cold water

Instructions For Cleaning Vomit Stains From Sandals

  1. Scrape off any excess vomit from sandal.
  2. Mix together the laundry detergent, baking soda, and vinegar in a large bowl.
  3. Gradually add cold water to the mixture until it forms a thick paste.
  4. Apply the paste directly to the vomit stain on sandal.
  5. Let the paste sit on the stain for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Gently scrub paste into the vomit stain using an old toothbrush.
  7. Rinse the sandal off with cold water and let it air dry.

Tips For Getting The Most Out Of This Cleaning Method

  • Make sure to use cold water only when cleaning sandals.
  • Avoid using hot water as this may set the vomit stain more firmly into material.
  • Be gentle when scrubbing stain with the toothbrush - you don't want to damage the fabric of the sandal.
  • If the stain is still visible after cleaning, repeat the process one or two more times.
