Before starting the cleaning process, gather these supplies:
The very first step is to rinse the affected area with cold tap water. Do not rub or scrub vomit stain – just allow the cold water to flush out the excess residue. Do this until the spot has been thoroughly rinsed.
Mix one teaspoon of distilled white vinegar with one cup of cold water. Dip a soft cloth in the solution and gently dab the vomit stain. Let the area air dry, then rinse with cold water to remove any remaining vinegar solution.
Make a cleaning solution by mixing one teaspoon of liquid detergent with one cup of cold water in a small bowl or container. Dampen a cloth with the solution and gently blot the stained area. Rinse with cold water and let air dry.
Once the vomit stain is gone, lay the Rosepoint lace on a flat surface or hang it up. Air dry the lace completely before storing or using it.
