Carefully remove any solid chunks of vomit using a paper towel or cloth. Scrape off any remaining residue as best you can—don’t use anything too abrasive though, as it might damage the leather.
Mix a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar in a bucket or bowl, then use a soft-bristled brush or cloth to gently scrub the affected area. This helps break down and lift away the vomit.
Once you’re done scrubbing, add a few drops of mild dish soap to sudsy water and apply it to affected area. Avenge up the suds and rinse again. Repeat this process until the stain has vanished.
Let the spot air dry, then brush away any excess soap with a soft-bristle brush. The soap helps soften and lift the stain away.
Lastly, use a leather conditioner to keep the leather looking hale and hearty. This will help prevent further damage to the Oxfords in the future.
