Step 1: Rinse Stains Immediately

The first step is to rinse off any vomit stains as soon as possible with lukewarm water. Use a gentle rubbing motion to help remove any traces of stain before it sets. This helps minimize the amount of work you need to do later.

Step 2: Pre-Treat with a Stain Remover

If the stain is stubborn, try pre-treating it with a laundry detergent or a specialty stain remover. Place a small amount of detergent or stain remover directly on the stain and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Rub the stain gently but firmly to help remove it.

Step 3: Wash in Machine

Once the stain has been removed, place the lingerie in the washing machine. Use the delicate cycle and cold water. Add a mild detergent and fabric softener. To prevent the lingerie from becoming tangled, place it in a mesh laundry bag before adding it to the machine.

Step 4: Air Dry

When the cycle is finished, take the lingerie out of the machine and hang it to air dry. Do not place it in the dryer. The heat from the dryer could cause stain to set and become even more difficult to remove.
