Vomit can contain a lot of chemicals, so it's important to clean spit-up stains quickly and correctly to avoid permanent damage. Here are a few steps that you can take to ensure that your Levis come out looking as good as new.

  1. Create a mixture of one quart of lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
  2. Using a soft white cloth, sponge the vomit stain gently with the solution.
  3. Let the garment stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Rinse the fabric with clear lukewarm water.
  5. Blot or gently rub the fabric with a towel.
  6. Allow garment to air dry.

After these steps, you may find that the vomit stain has lightened or disappeared. If not, try the following steps:

  1. Mix one teaspoon each of baking soda, salt and white vinegar into a paste.
  2. Apply this paste directly to the vomit stain and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Using a damp sponge, work paste gently into the stain.
  4. Rinse the area with a damp cloth.
  5. Let the Levi’s garment air-dry.

If the stain is still there after these two rounds of cleaning, you may need to take your Levis to a professional cleaner for more help.
