Step 1: Rinse off the Goggles with Cold Water

Start by holding the goggles under cold running water. Avoid using hot water, as this can cause staining. If the vomit stain is still visible, you can use a cloth soaked in soapy water or a mild detergent to help remove it.

Step 2: Use a Cleaning Solution

Mix together a solution of equal parts white vinegar and warm water. Soak a soft cloth in this mixture, then gently rub it onto the affected areas of the goggles. Be sure to use a light touch in order to avoid damaging the goggles.

Step 3: Wipe Down the Goggles

Once all of the vomit has been removed, use a clean, damp cloth to wipe down the entire surface area of the goggles. This will help to remove any residue left behind by the cleaning solution.

Step 4: Rinse and Dry the Goggles

Rinse your goggles one final time with cold water to remove any traces of the cleaning solution. Finally, use a lint-free cloth to pat your goggles dry.

Step 5: Allow the Goggles to Air-Dry Fully

Once your goggles have been wiped down, it's important to allow them to air-dry fully before using them again. Place them in an area where there is plenty of airflow and avoid direct sunlight. This will ensure that your goggles are ready for use in no time at all.
