If your fleece has come into contact with vomit, the first step is to scrape off any solid matter that may be stuck onto the fleece. Make sure you use a plastic or rubber utensil so as to not damage any of the fabric.

Now it's time to tackle the stain. Begin by mixing some cold water with a mild detergent and apply it directly onto the mark. Give it a few minutes to begin taking effect, then take a soft cloth, dampen it with more cold water, and wipe the affected area.

If stain is still present, you may have to resort to using white vinegar. Combine equal amounts of white vinegar and cold water and pour the mixture into a spray bottle. Spray the affected area with the solution, wait for a few minutes, and then wipe it away with a damp cloth. Repeat this step until the stain has been removed.

Finally, you should rinse the affected area and let it air dry. Once your fleece is totally dry, you're done!

Cleaning vomit stains from fleece doesn't have to be hard. With the right knowledge and supplies, you can get the stains out in no time.
