Step 1: Soak the Coveralls

If your coveralls have vomit on them, the first step you should take is to soak them in warm, soapy water. For best results, fill up a bucket or sink with warm water, add a small amount of laundry detergent, and mix it together to create suds. Once the mixture is bubbly, submerge your coveralls in the water and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.

Step 2: Scrub Away the Vomit Stain

After your coveralls have been soaking in soapy water, you can begin scrubbing the stain. Using a soft brush (such as an old toothbrush), gently scrub the stain in circular motions. If the stain persists, you may also want to use a stronger cleaning product such as baking soda, ammonia, or hydrogen peroxide. Be sure to read the instructions on the product before use, as some products may require additional steps for optimal results.

Step 3: Rinse and Dry Coveralls

Once you have finished scrubbing the stain, rinse the coveralls off with cold water. Make sure you rinse away all of the soap, cleaning product, and vomit residue. The last step is to hang the coveralls up and let them air dry. Do not put them in the dryer; this could cause the stain to set, making it impossible to remove.
