How to Get Vomit Stains Out of Cotton Chambray Easily

What You Will Need:

  • White vinegar
  • Cold water
  • OxiClean
  • Soft scrub brush
  • Paper towels

Instructions:

  1. Blot up as much of the vomit stain as you can with a clean paper towel.
  2. Mix one tablespoon of white vinegar with two cups of cold water in a bowl.
  3. Using the soft scrub brush, sponge the solution onto stained area until saturated.
  4. Let the solution sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Rinse it out with cold water.
  6. If any stain remains, sprinkle some OxiClean directly onto spot and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  7. Wash the item again in cold water.

Final Tips:

  • It is best to treat vomit stains as soon as possible to avoid setting in.
  • Always test your chosen cleaning solution in an inconspicuous spot before treating the stain.
  • For a particularly tough stain, repeat the process several times until it is completely gone.
