Start by gathering a bucket, white vinegar and laundry detergent. Fill the bucket with about 5 liters of warm water, 1/4 cup of laundry detergent and 1 cup of white vinegar. Then put your bandana in the solution and leave it there for at least half an hour.
After the bandana has been soaking for at least half an hour, take it out and use the old toothbrush to scrub away the stain until you can’t see it anymore. This might take some time and effort, so be patient and don’t give up.
Once you are done scrubbing and the stain is gone, put the bandana in the washing machine. Use a mild cycle and warm water and add the regular amount of detergent. After the wash is complete, throw it in the dryer with a fabric softener sheet to keep it soft and huggable.
Vomit stains can be tough but with the right amount of elbow grease and some cleaning supplies, you can get rid of it in no time. Once you’ve followed these steps, your bandana will look like new once again.
