Luckily, with a few simple steps, you can easily get rid of varnish stains from Tencel fabric.

What You'll Need

  • Vinegar
  • Borax
  • Soft brush
  • Clean cloths

Step-By-Step Guide

  1. Mix one part vinegar with two parts water in a bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Dip a soft brush into the mixture and gently scrub the affected area. Make sure to scrub lightly so as not to damage the fabric.
  3. Allow the vinegar mixture to sit on the stain for five minutes.
  4. Mix one teaspoon of borax with one cup of warm water in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip a clean cloth into the mixture and blot the stained area.
  6. Rinse the area with clean water and blot dry with a soft cloth.
