  • Soft cloth or sponge

Instructions

  1. Firstly, dampen a soft cloth with some water and gently dab it over the stained area. Do not scrub or rub the fabric.
  2. Prepare a mixture using equal parts water and white vinegar.
  3. Dip the cloth in the mixture and dab the stained area. Allow solution to sit for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Make a paste with salt and water and apply it onto the stained area.
  5. Rub the spot gently for a few minutes.
  6. Finally, rinse the area with cold water and launder the clothing with a detergent.

Additional Tips

  • Make sure to air dry the clothing item before washing it with a detergent.
  • Try to use a gentle product meant for fabrics when treating the affected area.
