First, it’s important to note that if you have a delicate fabric skirt, like silk or wool, then you should proceed with caution. Test any cleaning products in an inconspicuous area before using them on your skirt.

If the fabric is a more durable material, like cotton or polyester, then you are in luck. The following steps should help you remove the stain in no time:

  • Mix equal parts water and rubbing alcohol and drip onto the stain.
  • Gently scrub the stain with a toothbrush for 10-15 seconds. You don’t want to damage the fabric, so scrub lightly.
  • Use a cotton cloth to dab away any excess moisture or residue left behind.
  • Let the skirt air-dry completely before attempting to wear it again.

Voilà! Your skirt should look good as new after following these steps. And, if you’re still not satisfied with result, some pre-made stain removers may be able to do the trick.
