Varnish stains can occur on gazar fabric if someone spills nail polish remover or some other type of liquid that contains a solvent. The first thing to do if you find a stain is to act quickly and blot the affected area as soon as possible, removing as much of the liquid as you can. Do not rub or scrub the stain, as this could cause damage to the fabric.

Next, test a solvent-based cleaner on an inconspicuous part of the fabric before treating stained area. If no damage is done, you can proceed to apply the cleaner to the stain. When doing so, make sure to follow instructions on the bottle carefully and use a soft cloth or paper towel to gently dab the stain. Allow the cleaner to sit for a few minutes and then blot up any excess liquid. You can then rinse the area with cold water and repeat process until stain is gone.

If the stain persists, you may need to use a stronger cleaner such as acetone or paint thinner. In this case, you should always test the cleaner on a hidden part of the fabric before applying it to the stain. When using these types of solvents, make sure to wear protective gloves and work in a well-ventilated area. Apply the cleaner to the stain, let it sit for a few minutes, and then blot up the excess liquid. Rinse the area with cold water and repeat the process until the stain is gone.

Once the stain has been removed, you should launder the fabric according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This will ensure that all traces of solvent are gone and will also reduce the risk of the stain returning.
