What You'll Need
- Dish washing detergent
- White vinegar
- Baking soda
- Clean cloths
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mix 2 teaspoons of dishwashing detergent with 2 cups of cool water in a bowl. Soak the affected area of the wrap dress in this solution for 15 minutes.
- Mix 1/4 cup of white vinegar and 1/4 cup of water in a bowl. Blot stain with this mixture, using a clean white cloth. Be sure to move in one direction only.
- Once most of the liquid has been removed, cover the area with baking soda. Allow it to sit for around 15 minutes.
- Gently brush away the baking soda with a soft-bristled brush. Then, blot the area dry with a clean cloth.
Additional Tips
- You may use a different laundry detergent or enzyme-based cleaner in lieu of the dishwashing detergent.
- For added odor removal, sprinkle a bit of baking soda over the stain before using the vinegar solution.
- Repeat the process if stain doesn't come out after first attempt.
