What You'll Need

  • Dish washing detergent
  • White vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • Clean cloths

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Mix 2 teaspoons of dishwashing detergent with 2 cups of cool water in a bowl. Soak the affected area of the wrap dress in this solution for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup of white vinegar and 1/4 cup of water in a bowl. Blot stain with this mixture, using a clean white cloth. Be sure to move in one direction only.
  3. Once most of the liquid has been removed, cover the area with baking soda. Allow it to sit for around 15 minutes.
  4. Gently brush away the baking soda with a soft-bristled brush. Then, blot the area dry with a clean cloth.

Additional Tips

  • You may use a different laundry detergent or enzyme-based cleaner in lieu of the dishwashing detergent.
  • For added odor removal, sprinkle a bit of baking soda over the stain before using the vinegar solution.
  • Repeat the process if stain doesn't come out after first attempt.
