Using a cloth, paper towels, or a sponge, gently blot the stained area with cold water to remove as much urine as possible. Let it soak for 15 minutes in a bowl of cold water mixed with half a cup of white vinegar.
Apply a small amount of detergent directly onto the stain and scrub gently using a soft brush. Rinse the area using cold water and repeat if necessary until the stain is gone.
After the stain is gone, lay the underwear flat on a towel and let it air dry. Avoid putting your underwear in the dryer, as the heat can set the stain if it’s not gone.
Once the underwear is completely dry, put it in the washing machine with detergent and wash according to the care instructions. Hang it up to dry once it's done.
Cleaning urine stains from underwear doesn’t have to be difficult. With these simple steps, you can have your favorite undies back in action in no time.
