Act fast - as soon as you notice a urine stain on your tracksuit, grab an absorbent towel and blot the area. Begin at the center of the stain and work your way outwards to prevent it from spreading.
Spray the stained area with a commercial pre-treatment product made for laundry and massage into the fibers of the fabric. Alternatively, mix one part white vinegar with two parts water and spray onto the stain.
Soak the tracksuit in cold water for 10 minutes, then rinse. If necessary, add a mild detergent or enzyme cleaner to the water.
Put the damp tracksuit in the washing machine and launder using the warmest water that is safe for the fabric. Once the cycle is complete, check to see if the stain is gone before moving on to the next step.
If the stain is no longer visible, dry the tracksuit using the low heat setting on your dryer. Take it out once it's dry and enjoy wearing your stain-free tracksuit.
