If the pee stain is still fresh and hasn't been allowed to set in yet, then a strong detergent soap should be able to get rid of it. Start by simply scrubbing the stained area with a rag dipped in warm water and detergent. If the stain still persists, try soaking the slippers in a basin full of warm water and detergent overnight. Scrub again in the morning, and rinse with clean water.
Vinegar and baking soda are two common household ingredients, and both are very effective in removing urine stains from your slippers. Mix equal parts of white distilled vinegar and baking soda and use a cloth or sponge to rub the mixture into the stain. Let it sit for an hour before rinsing it off with warm water.
Rubbing alcohol is also a great way to get rid of tough urine stains. Dip a cloth in rubbing alcohol and rub it onto the stain. Make sure that you blot the area, rather than rubbing it in circles, as this might just spread the stain instead of getting rid of it. Let the rubbing alcohol sit on the stain for a few minutes before rinsing it off.
OxiClean is a great choice for getting rid of stubborn urine stains. All you have to do is mix a teaspoon of OxiClean in a cup of warm water and use a cloth to apply it on stain. Leave it to sit for 10-15 minutes and rinse it off with cold water. Repeat this process if necessary.
Dishwashing detergent is designed to tackle tough stains, which makes it a great option for removing urine stains from your slippers. Mix some detergent in a bowl of cool water, dip a cloth in it and rub it on the stained area. Once you’re done, rinse the stained area with cool water and let slippers air dry.
