If your sleepwear is stained by urine, you may be wondering how to safely and effectively remove the stain. Here are some do-it-yourself solutions that will help you remove urine stains from sleepwear.

Begin by blotting up as much of the urine as possible with paper towels. Don't scrub or rub stain as this could spread it further. Blot stain until the fabric is barely damp.
Mix together 1 teaspoon of liquid dish detergent, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and ½ cup of warm water in a bowl. Soak the stain in the solution for 15 minutes. This will help to break down and lift away the stain.
After 15 minutes, rinse the stained area with cold water. Be sure to work the sudsy detergent solution into the fabric. Next, launder garment in cold water. Check the stain before putting the garment in the dryer. If the stain persists, repeat steps 2 and 3.
